Returns & cancellations

Our returns and cancellation policy applies to purchases made online at www.littlegiggles.co.

Due to our fast-paced processing and dispatch to get your order to you efficiently, we may be unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at hello@littlegiggles.co and we'll let you know what we can do.

If you're unhappy with your order you are entitled to a refund or exchange.

For returns or exchanges, please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order and return items within 28 days. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility unless faulty, and we are unfortunately unable to refund the original delivery cost.

Don't let your return become a lost parcel! When returning an order, make sure to get yourself a proof of postage receipt. That way you'll have evidence that you sent it back and we can issue out your refund quickly.

We can only accept returns that are unused and in their original packaging.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please follow the above instructions and also attach a photograph clearly showing the issue.
