How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our products, select the item you wish to purchase, choose the size, colour, or quantity if applicable, and click the "Add to Basket" button. When you’re ready to checkout, click on the shopping bag icon, review your items, and follow the steps to complete the payment and shipping information.

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay (depending on your region). We also accept gift cards and store credits, if applicable.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

What are your shipping options?

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 working days. Premium shipping takes 1-2 working days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over £30. Your discount will be automatically applied at the checkout if you item total is applicable.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we don't currently ship internationally but may have this option in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on our website or the shipping carrier's website.
What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, or you suspect it may be lost, please contact our team. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or offer a solution such as a replacement or refund.
Can I change my shipping address after I place an order?

What is your return policy?

How do I return an item?

How long do I have to return a product?
You have 28 days from the delivery date to return an item. After this period, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are possible if the item is in stock. If you’d like to exchange an item, follow the same steps for a return and specify the new item you’d like. If it’s unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
What if I received a damaged or defective product?
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact our customer support immediately. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
We don't currently offer gift wrapping or special packaging but you can choose to include a gift message at no extra cost or upgrade your gift message with one of our greetings cards for £2.99.
Can I send my order as a gift to someone else?
Absolutely! During checkout, simply enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address. You can also add a gift message.
What if I entered incorrect details in my order?
If you realise there’s a mistake in your order details (address, size, product), please contact our customer support immediately. We’ll do our best to correct the information before the order is processed.
