We're excited to deliver your order right away!

UK orders will be shipped within one working day*, delivery times below are calculated from when the order leaves the warehouse.

We offer shipping to UK postcodes only at the moment, we do not currently offer international shipping.

Returns and Cancellations

Due to our fast-paced processing and dispatch we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

Our returns and cancellation policy applies to purchases made online at www.littlegiggles.co.

If you are unhappy with your order you are entitled to a refund or exchange.

Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order and return items within 28 days. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility unless faulty, and we are unfortunately unable to refund the original delivery cost.

Don't let your return become a lost parcel! Before dropping off the package, make sure to get yourself a proof of postage receipt. That way you'll have evidence that you sent it back and we can issue out your full refund quickly.

We can only accept returns that are unused, unopened and in their original packaging with security sticker still sealing the package.

Our customer service team aims to respond in 1-2 working days.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please follow the above instructions and also attach a photograph clearly showing the issue.

Little Giggles Co. reserves the right to change our warranty conditions without notice.

Our refund policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the British Consumer Law and Regulations.
